"Jacob put in a new unit on my condo in Spring Hill last July. The condo was vacant so didn’t know we had another issue. Once we rented it out in April my renter noticed a condensation drip problem. I called Jacob and he came out and fixed it and found a problem with the damper system and had to replace them. His guys were in and out and now we have great cooling! I would use him again!! Thanks!!"
